The Ballet Clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, organized, and inspiring Associate Director to join our team who will eventually want to become the next Artistic Director of The Ballet Clinic.
We’re seeking a dedicated dance professional who is excited about arts education, student development, mentorship, and creating an exceptional training environment for young dancers.
🩰 THE ROLE
The Associate Director will work closely with the Director to support the artistic and operational growth of The Ballet Clinic, helping to maintain the high standards of our school while contributing to an inspiring and positive culture for students, families, and faculty.
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the Director with day-to-day school operations
• Teaching 10-15 hours a week
• Supporting rehearsals, performances, intensives, and special programs
• Helping develop student growth and retention initiatives
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and nurturing studio environment
• Representing The Ballet Clinic within the Scottsdale dance community
✨ WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
• Passionate about ballet and dance education
• Experienced in teaching and/or dance school administration
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator and team leader
• Comfortable working with children, teens, families, and faculty
• Committed to maintaining high artistic and educational standards
• Eventually, becoming the next director of The Ballet Clinic.

Professional ballet experience, teaching experience, and/or arts administration experience are highly valued.
