HOW IT WORKS
The first step is TRIAGE. Diagnosing issues with your technique or body that are hindering your progress in ballet. This could range from turnout, feet, knees, flexibility, strength, alignment issues, or just that a student is behind in technique. The second step is TREATMENT. Creating a plan that focuses on the individual needs of the dancer. This could include everything from cross-training in yoga or pilates, seeing a nutritionist, supplemental private training to clean up technique, and more. The most important thing is setting up a goal, and having an "end game" plan. The third step is MAINTENANCE. Maintain the progress you have made by setting up quarterly check ups to monitor your growth in ballet. *THIS IS NOT A BALLET SCHOOL, NOR DOES IT TAKE THE PLACE OF FULL TIME TRAINING. |
FACILITY
